Lymph Nodes / Radiation ASAP / Brain Tumor Removal Video

11/7/2019 Newest development. The Cancer Institute had the tumor board meeting today where all the cancer doctors discuss everyone's cases. Dr. Chou, the Radiation Oncologist, called and they found the following:
  1. They found it has spread to his lymph nodes. I'm not sure of the placement. It is at the back of his throat if I remember right. We should know more tomorrow.
  2. They are worried about what saw on the CT scans and they all want radiation to start ASAP. Luckily we left our appointment yesterday to run to the dental oncologist so we have the teeth guard ready for tomorrow's setup. We are making the radiation map tomorrow and they no longer want to wait two weeks. They want to start next week.

  3. Brace's headaches: They found an intraventricular tumor in the left part of his brain. They are usually benign (meaning not cancerous) but they want us to see a nuerosurgeon. They don't think it is urgent meaning we can see a surgeon in the next two weeks. Here's a cool video that describes how the removal works. https://www.pacificneuroscienceinstitute.org/brain-tumor/conditions/intraventricular-tumors/
